2nd Grade Harvest

Thank you Mrs. Schwartz for volunteering your time & talent with our class this morning! With your help our Great Barrier Reef dioramas turned out amazing and the kids loved creating their 3-D projects.

We were lucky enough to be in the garden at the same time as Mrs. Vahle was releasing her classroom butterflies. 2nd graders have been observing a caterpillar's metamorphosis for the last few weeks in their homerooms.
Before Spring Break we planted lots of vegetable seeds and today we were able to harvest sugar snap peas, radishes, and lettuce. What a healthy afternoon snack!
