On our first day back we got to know each other with a yummy Skittles activity. We
organized our binders and created colorful covers with words describing ourselves. We also introduced our first unit called Weslandia. Weslandia is a book about a boy who creates his own civilization. In the upcoming weeks students will enjoy creating a brochure highlighting their own fictional civilizations.
